Warwick is a former NSW Detective Sergeant, with over 24 years’ experience in Investigations, Dignitary Protection, and Major Event Planning. During his policing career, Warwick coordinated operations for high profile Internationally Protected Persons including the US President and was the lead planning officer for NSW Police at major events including National Counter terrorism exercises, V8 Supercars, Sydney Mardi Gras, G20 Brisbane, APEC Sydney, and CHOGM in Perth. Warwick was also the advance operations officer for NSW Police Operations supporting the Queensland Flood Crisis, and the Christchurch Earthquake. Notably, Warwick was awarded the NSW Police Officer of the Year in 2002.

Warwick has worked internationally, with his most recent role being the Director of Security (Asia Pacific) for Live Nation. Prior to that, he moved to Papua New Guinea as the Corporate Advisor to the Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary, where he led preparations for APEC 2018. He has also worked for several years in the Solomon Islands in operational security roles under Australian Aid Programs.

Warwick’s expertise in protective security, event planning, and crowd management provides him with valuable tools to support Workforce Resilience clients, particularly in the lead up to Brisbane’s 2032 Olympics.
