Frontline Communications & Awareness Training (4 Hours)

Communicating with influence in the workplace can be as challenging as navigating through a minefield.  Whether finding the correct approach with challenging conversations with colleagues, or choosing the best words to use when things get difficult with clients and customers, Workforce Resilience training will provide you with common sense strategies geared to deliver the best outcomes.

These half day courses are designed to be interactive and informative, and provide participants with a greater comprehension of what will be expected of them in circumstances that they are challenged with difficult conversations.

Training sessions can be facilitated either face to face or via an online platform (i.e Microsoft Teams).

This training has been developed by industry and subject matter experts. Online training that compliments this face to face training is also available.
