Domestic & Family Violence
With Domestic and Family Violence currently impacting one in four members of our community, this national crisis is a complex societal issue requiring a coordinated approach between business, community services, and government and policing agencies.

There are steps a workplace can take to ensure that they provide a safe and supportive environment for staff and clients who may be experiencing or affected by domestic and family violence (DFV). We provide training and awareness sessions for all aspects of the workplace on how to identify and respond to DFV.
About This Training
There has never been a more important time to ensure that your business is equipped with best practice strategies and systems to deal with what is a growing national crisis.
Designed for all employees, this training session will lead participants through practical, best practice strategies that will enable them to deliver the best outcomes around DFV in their workplace. Participants will learn how to identify and respond to DFV in the workplace and access DFV support if required.
By creating a culture where people feel heard, seen, supported, and safe, Workforce Resilience helps to foster more resilient teams, and safer more secure workplaces.
