Jane is a Senior Consultant and Subject Matter Expert with Workforce Resilience and also engages directly with her own clients and in these roles, partners with businesses to enhance and improve health and safety culture and performance, review Workplace Health and Safety Management systems, undertake audits and assessments, and improve organisational resilience through ensuring site specific emergency management arrangements are appropriate and will assist in the preparation for, prevention of, response to, and recovery from critical incidents and emergencies.

Jane has significant experience with auditing in both self-insured and non-self-insured environments, consulting and providing specialist advice on all aspects of WHS including risk management, hazard identification, injury management, emergency management, critical incidents and responses.  Successful outcomes are realised through her ability to develop strong working relationships and her ability to think strategically whilst remaining outcomes focused.

The level of complexity of the organisations that Jane works with requires a collaborative approach when making recommendations to ensure they meet not only the organisation’s requirements but also consider, where required, neighbouring tenancies and shared facilities. Over the past 2 years since working specifically as a consultant, Jane has completed auditing and WHS consulting and strategic services to businesses including: Bank of Queensland, Brisbane Grammar School, Brisbane Marketing, Heritage Bank, Queensland Government, Department of Transport and Main Roads, Barambah Organics

Jane is a member of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety and accredited in the following:
